LifeSpring Church is led by our lead pastors, James & Emma Hollands and their teams of 12. In addition, a senior leadership team meet with them to share responsibility for the day to day running of the church.

  • Pastor James Hollands

    Pastor James is married to Pastor Emma and has 1 son, Reuben.

    Pastor James has been part of LifeSpring almost his entire life. Before becoming lead Pastor, he was youth pastor here at LifeSpring.

    Pastor James is a big football fan and supports his local team Reading, where he and Reuben have season tickets. He also has a soft spot for Liverpool FC. He loves all sports and enjoys cooking in his spare time.

    But his main passion is making Jesus famous in Reading and has a love for the church. Pastor James loves working and investing in all ages and believes the best is yet to come!

  • Pastor Emma Hollands

    Pastor Emma is married to Pastor James and has been since 2008. She loves being a mother to Reuben who was born in 2017.

    Pastor Emma has been part of LifeSpring since her early twenties and also works in a local primary school. Pastor Emma loves spending time with her family and also loves studying theology, she is currently doing a degree in this.

    Pastor Emma loves investing in people of all ages and is passionate to see Reading won for Jesus.
