Out of their teams of 12, Pastors James & Emma have invited a smaller number to meet with them on a regular basis to work with them as they seek God for strategy and vision for LifeSpring.
Possibly equivalent to the New Testament ‘eldership’ role, these senior leaders bring support to Pastors James & Emma as well as providing accountability and oversight of the church.
